1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At COREPOWER Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
This guarantee applies to all products purchased directly from our website at gliforsol.com.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be accepted for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Software and downloadable products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Personalised or customised products
4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Return Shipping
For UK mainland customers:
- Faulty or defective items: Free return shipping - we will provide a prepaid label
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (estimated £4-8 for standard items)
For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and international customers, return shipping costs may vary. Please contact us for a quote.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will send you an email confirmation within 2 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive a refund confirmation email
Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model:
- Follow the same return process as outlined above
- Specify your preferred exchange item when contacting us
- If the new item costs more, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference
- If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange free collection and replacement
- No restocking fees apply to defective items
- If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
